i download the saturn emulater and i try to use the plugs that with the zip file but non of thim work it give me an meesing dll file but the file all ready placed in the file i use windows 98 and xp and try to use the emulater for stv-roms

Please be more specific... Which Saturn emulator are you using?

I'm guessing satourne, if he's trying to run st-v roms. I couldn't get that emulator to work at all either! you may need the bios though - get it from http://bioshouse.fr.st

I have gotten the "giri giri hack" saturn emu to work, and have played Shining Force 3 with it, though speed isnt near 100%

Link to the emulator please, oh and how did you get the iso for Shinning Force 3?
