Im trying to use my xbox controller with mugen, and it doesnt work. So I was wondering if an X-Arcade stick works.

Yes you can. I use mine with it as well as with my other emulators.

Sorry to dig up an old thread. I am running Mugen Ultimate with an X-Arcade (mame-arcade . com, I know, I have not updated it in ages) built into my cabinets control panel. The problem is one of the buttons on it registers to the spacebar. When entered into the config area is shows not used when entered. Going through the config file I am not sure how I would assign it.

The other issue, probably more simple would be how to assign the player 1 button to select in the initial menu screen.
