i haf the mslug5nd.zip file
i put the needed stuff into my add.dat
i run the game but it says it is for use with original snk boards only...
any help?

at this point in time as far as i know, metal slug 5 does not work with kawaks, only mame, and neorage x, but hopefully it wont be too long before we get a version for kawaks.

guys the mslug5nd rom works wiht nebula! just got to the emu-russia.km.ru site and get the update romdata file and nebula will be able to pick up the game. one thing though i got the rom from their other site www.emurusia.net but i think the mslug5nd from downloaded from other places might work too.

I tried what the kawaks guy suggested, or failed to try. Where can I find the.dat file? And can ya guys please post direct links to files. Cause the next guy posted a link to some russian site that I couldnt navigate.

but guys i got working with nebula all u need is the romdata files from here emu-russia.km.ru and the rom from www.emu-rusia.net.

works fine at me, i use neoragex (happyasr), nebula and kawaks ( i used same dats info here)

Go to www.kofchile.cl it has a the working Metal Slug 5 rom with an Neoragex emulator, just download and unzip.

i cannot dl the p1 rom from that site. it is down. can ne1 upload it again.
using this romdata makes the game run but the grafics is scrwed again.
