Just wondering what made any MAME videos "My" videos?

Those were just vids I pulled off there server and wasted a lot of time sending your way a few months ago because you asked me for them.

What-ev....

Of course I'm going to use the higher quality videos where available, and I've already acquired them and just need to get them on my MAME setup whenever I get to MAME. Of note to everyone here, those higher quality "Showcase" videos weren't created by you either and we both got them from the exact same source.

Please keep your stuff on these forums, as apparently you delight in fighting with everyone on my forums.

We both have plenty of work to do, and this childishness is getting old pretty quick, and it's distracting my people from the productivity we've enjoyed as a team for going on 16 months now.

I have never downloaded any of your work these where given to me by 2 people when I asked for them tonight. And I was only showing that cba was misleading everyone here. I was just giving people factual info nothing more. I have not a clue what you are doing or have done im sure it will be great but this is what people tell me is availbe at present. And I could only compair soinc 1 and sonic 2 as they are the only games from your stuff I beleive I could compair stuff to see if cba was correct. I let people make up there mind. ill but out of here to but it is what it is. Im not showing people anything they cant check for themselves and cba said mine where bad so I looked at what else there was, when I looked into it I thougth, well ill let people decide for themselves. In the end it was just a straight comparison for people to view and a snapshot of what people think is out there. As I say I wish you the best and I hope you complete whatever your doing...I really do im sure its spot on, I just took a look again and reliased personally at present im best with what I have

I compaired Megadrive vs Mame as it was the only games I could compair if my stuff was bad.....sadly I cant see it and everyone else thought it was silly cause of how far off cba was, Its good to see your going to use hq ones now and good luck it looks good (personally I dont see quality diff on mine to your new ones but hey maybe there is)

So.... Console videos will be your next venture then, is it? Excellent!

Just be aware that you have about 10 or 11 THOUSAND more videos to re-create at a higher definition if you want to replace everything I've collected so far, and all the thousands of additional videos that have been created by my team that were previously unavailable. Also be aware, that with all the people helping me on my project (some of them who are quite friendly) that I have no doubt that any videos you create and share anywhere on the internet will make it into my set in the end if they are in-fact the highest quality videos out there.


Good luck, Producer BP. I look forward to having your high quality videos in my pack. I can only work with what is currently available since I am a tester, gatherer, organizer and leader.

P.S. If you want to be more accurate about the quality currently of the videos in my set, I would ask that you choose another system..... any other system than the Genesis. For some reason, as cbagy pointed out to me over a month ago, the Genesis videos are sub par compared to the other systems. This will be fixed eventually though since Cbagy has already replaced hundreds of the lower quality emumovies videos.

Tell you what, compare a 640x480 vid of mine to anything you have.
Firstly youll notice how blurred yours are, secondly youll notice they have a bad aspect ratio.
Thirdly youll notice mine are smaller than yours yet have the same or higher bitrates.
Thats the truth my friend, suck it up.

Working on it as hard as we can man. No promises on even the dates I've tentatively set for late Feb, early March.

I don't need to use your desire for movement or anyone elses desire to get this done. Rest assured that thousands of minor things, possibly in the tens of thousands sometimes, are happening each and every week. I'm seriously, majorly OCD like that.

Im gonna be honest, i registered here over a year ago now, used to come here for about a year before i registered just to read.
I can tell you for sure ive never seen so many registered users online in this forum picking through the bones.

They didnt all turn up at once by coincidence. You yourself made comments twice within 6 minutes, this being the third.
We could go on but its all pointless, just like it was earlier.

This really is embarrassing. How many topics have been started over all this now? And how many more have degenerated? Does anybody actually read all this ranting and raving anymore? I know I try to just scroll past it. But it's gotten to the stage where it's impossible to ignore, it's everywhere and it's made this and the XS forum a joke.

Rx and BP, I think the pair of you should consider a self-imposed ban from both forums for a while as it's you that all this centres around. As developers you are at the core of what keeps this scene going and as such you really should be able to rise above this sort of childish bickering. Have you not noticed how nes6502, kenshiro, madmab, iq_132 and other developers just do not get involved in this nonsense? You should take a page from their book and at least keep this private but if you can't then, regardless of your respective contributions to the scene, you should not be allowed to post here or elsewhere.

Personally I'd rather have a clean and constructive forum again than all the Xtras or CoinOPS builds in the world. Please sort out your behaviour.

Aside from all of that, I'm a fan of free speech and just turning off the station if you don't want to listen to it anymore. I'm only aware of this thread and one on XBscene. From your post, I get that this kind of stuff has been happening here quite frequently recently. I'd just like to remind you that until yesterday I was no part of it here and would like to say that just because I'm making a "name" for myself this late in the scene I should not be lumped in with people who should be barred from speaking after a day or so of this.

I haven't even been around these parts for a long time largely. If you actually read the thread that originated this, my first post, second post, third post, fourth post and fifth post was defending the guy from other people who were ganging up on him, as I've done several times before on the xb and other forums. I know he's got a lot of ill will all over, but I respect his work. It's no secret I can't work with the guy, but he's a freakin genius.

Truth is, he likes to fight. He's even admitted he pretty much filters out the good folk because he finds them boring. This is what keeps him interested. Fighting.

C'mon T.... look at his history. Dude just loves to fight.




Anyways..... I got nothing but respect for the guy's mind and coding skills. It's his attitude and writing ability that get under my skin and at sometimes just creep me out. But he's been out of my forums, and I promised to stay out of his forums.

I just don't want to be hearing second hand about any more threads he's starting anywhere putting me in a pissing contest that I didn't sign up for.

I'd love to be buds with him and get along, but it's impossible. I'm not gonna say "yes massa" to him, and that's all he really leads on that he wants.
