There are no fully working N64 emulators, and not much recent development either, afaik.
The best SNES emulator is bsnes
http://byuu.org/?page=bsnes&bg=3 however you need a fairly powerful pc to run it.
MESS emulates all 3 systems to varying degrees, source of last release is at

If you want make an new good N64 emulator it is a great idea

Some began it before summer but no news now ...
But when i began to help it i have get the last source of 1964 emulator by the author and Rice

It is an excelent source ...
And for my part i finish there is a fwe days an big INI whith all the parameters for many games works

What do you will do ?

you can download the latest sources for surreall 64xxxb5 here.
http://freakdave.xbox-scene.com/and you can get the latest sources for neogenesis(megadrive)and snex9x or something like that here

Its the N64 that seems to be the poor relative, on xbox.
More than likely the most difficult too.

Yes first moon im not taking over there projects im just inserting there code into coinops at present. darknoir I dont have FTP access to your place sorry you will have to get me a link sometime. I want to add a few N64 games into CoinOPS if possible not fix up N64 I have no idea how to do that

Don't even bother then, The N64 emulator BARELY works. That emulator is like taking everything that was achieved in N64 emulation in the last 10 years and throwing it right in the garbage.
No offense to the emu author, It is just really old and based on even older emulators. I had it on my xbox for a long time but I ended up deleting it because it requires so much screwing around to get games to work, and very very few of them do anyway.

actually i would say the ebst version of the surreal emulator is the original v1.0 as their is none of those plugins to mess around with and i find a lot more games actually play better on it,especially goldeneye.
super mario world
super mario kart
goldeneye
super smash brothers
sin and punishment
ocarina of time
paper mario
these all play great on the surreall emu.
really bp you could just use an earlier version of the surreall sourccode if you are just planning on launching cerain games which i am assuming will be the more popular titles.

That's pretty interesting, I never tried 1.0 only the latest one and I think the version before that. I'll have to try it out!

can anyone get me surreal v1 source and also a full source of xports xSnes9x with all the common stuff in as I cant work out how to get it to compile

BP, you should - really - ask madmab about the source because he has corrected a lot of nasty bugs in snes9xbox (not released yet):
such as a lot of gui problems (bad in game screenshot position, text viewer problems, video support, dual preview/video support, synopsis support, help screen, config preview, filter bug, background/video/in game music adjust, etc...)
Or perheaps i have misunderstood and you want snes emulation in coinOps?

Has Madmab fixed Snes9xbox so that it works without horrible sound stuttering? All the UI fixes are nice but if it still doesn't play the games properly like Zsnes and xSnes9x, then there's certainly no point in putting it in CoinOps. Zsnesxbox is probably the best to use. It works the best and already has all the video support and stuff.

xSnes9x is allready in there...it was simplist to insert and played everything I could see need a few hd tweaks but its all good

xSnes9x is very good, in fact I currently use it, but there are some games that don't play properly on it, like Earthworm Jim 2. Sound's all stuttery in that one no matter what sound options you alter.

Sounds like a great idea BP.... Hopefully you get it all worked out with attaining the source and this ends up being like MESS is for the comp. Also thanks for everything that you have contributed to XBOX emulation so far and keep up the good work

cpx3 sourcecode was never released,so i cant see it happening.
