Where do i download "dolphin"

i'm new to using emulators. How do u find games and play them on ur computer. what i mean is a gamecube disk is to small to fit on to a pc. how do u play it on ur computer if u have an emulator?.Two more things. what is an "ISO"? also, do u know of any place were i can download Mario Sunshine to play on me gamecube emu.

Dolphin isn't released and probably won't be for some time. U need to at least stay around the scene for awhile before u just go askin for things. We frown on things like that. Don't be lazy and just use google to answer ur own questions.
