Is there any good emulator that can run Commercial games ? and what kinda of PC I need to do so ...
Been out of emulatoin world for very long time , so I need to catch up

Dolphin, but you need a very fast system for it.
Even so, Dolphin is highly experimental and a far cry from perfect.

I see , so its at the same lvl as Pcsx2 !
I think we need to see Maybe Due 5 Core before playing next generation of emulators XD

Most emulators will not take any advantage of multiple core processors, that I know of. But my knowledge of emus is quite limited. The emu still has many graphic and instruction glitches so even a super pc will still have troubles.

From what I've heard, so games like Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker are quite playable (I don't think from start to finish; there are lots of bugs that raise their ugly heads at the most inappropriate times) in the latest SVN builds. Only dual core machines apply.

IIRC, Dolphin can run FE with some graphics bugs, like you need a projection hack to see the menu stuff.
