I have King of Fighters 94-03 for Winkawaks. When setting the region to Japan I noticed that Mai Shiranui's boobs bounced on every game except KoF 2003. I was just wondering if that was intentional or did I get a edited version of it? I was just curious cause I enjoy the originals...

I believe it's intentional and the bouncing boobs should be enabled using the universe bios

I rather they follow the Real Bout style where the bouncing is not very obvious.

Thanks for the info. I do enjoy the bouncing but I was more concerned if it was an altered version or not. The Real Bout series is pretty sweet L.S.D.

Isn't there an MVS setting on winkawaks or was that on neorage.

NeoRAGEx, Nebula, Kawaks and even FBA have Arcade/Console switches. Hell, MAME too.

Some still need the universal bios. Example is SVC if you want to use Shin Akuma, Serious Takuma, Red Arremer and Athena

I have uni-bios. Do I need to beat the game to unlock those characters or should they be available from the get go?

Available from the get-go. Can't remember how to tweak that though. Also, Shin Akuma and Serious Takuma do have real endings in the game.

Depends on what version of Universe BIOS you have. naturally, older versions do not have cheats for newer games.

So for Shin Gouki and Serious Takuma to appear I have to use cheats?
