I have few pmf files ripped from PSP that i want to turn into gif files for signature.
Does anyone know how to do it?

It can be opened with ArcReader.
It requires two steps, both easy 
Convert pmf to avi - This guide crops up all over the place
You can ignore the audio portions of the conversion since you are only interested in ultimately outputting a gif.
Once you have the avi then there are many programs to convert to gif. I once used Riverpast Video Cleaner (I think). Google around and you will find many alternatives.
