Hi...this is my first post here.

I'm new to this whole PSP emulation thing. So far I've been amazed by the possibilities! 20 years of gaming history in my pocket??? Friggin Sweet!

Anyway, I'm having trouble with PSPGenesis. I'm running M33-2, so far NesterJ and plenty of PSX titles I've tried have worked perfectly. When I load PSPGenesis, it all goes to hell...or at least the PSP menu. I'm getting the "game cannot load" error message. The emu seemings to be loading, I get the PSP intro screen, then a few seconds of black...then it's back to the damn menu. I'm unzipping the files to H:\PSP\Game\PSPGenesis\

I really want Sonic on my PSP, just so I can relive the good ol days when he starred in games that were actually good. Phantasy Star IV sounds yummy too...any ideas or pointers on getting this thing working?

I suggest you get the latest version of Picodrive for PSP. 1.40b, I think.

It's the best Mega Drive emulator there is- PSPGenesis is trash.

Thanks for the tip, but I downloaded PicoDrive and followed the instructions in the readme.txt, but I just get corrupted data on my PSP. Also, there is no EBOOT file so I'm not sure how this one works. Any Advice?

Make sure you put the things in the right directory.

If the emulator comes with 2 folders, you need to put it in the GAME150 folder and have the 1.50 kernel installed.

To make things simple, download this, put its folder in the GAME directory, and I guarantee it will work.
