How come the newer pokemon games took out the night and day feature?
I thought that is what made the game real cool.
Espically seeing the sky get dark and the lights come on from little houses.
I think they coulda put that in there, but that would have been too much work for them...
i wish they had it!

It's a hardware feature... the whole internal clock thing.

And Diamond and Pearl do have day / night cycles.

It can be annoying since I work during the day. I like the whole idea of day and night but hate that I can only do certain things at night or day. booo

I'm having trouble with some characters in animal crossing because of this.

At the beginning of the game, you are been asked to set your clock.
Just set the same time like in the real life ( your place ).
