Whenever I try to run a ROM on DSemu it freezes.
This is what i do:
I open up DSEmu
I load the game
The i hit F4 to Run it
The it freezes.

DSEmu is an outdated emulator. Try using iDeaS or No$GBA.

how come like no cartiridges work for any ds emulators?

What games did you try on no$gba?
