it wont let me down load them all it does is open up notepad

I don't follow... are you saying that the already downloaded characters are being opened in notepad when you try to open them?

yes
Its working fine for me. Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, you should probably switch to Mozilla Firefox.
Just right click the link and click 'Save As'. That should fix it.

k its sorta working execpt it sys open with notepad,internet explorer,etc.so what do i do?

its not a folder its a paper with a big E.
GO GET WINZIP OR WINRAR AND OPEN IT. THERES A FOLDER. ADD IT TO YOUR CHARS AND YOUR SELECT.DEF.

what the heck is winzip or winrar?
RIGHT CLICK, SAVE TARGET AS, OR SAVE LINK AS. that should work. ugh.
