Hey guys, Well I just wanted to know what I need to be able to play homebrew on my ds? and where to get it? Any reliable info would be much appreciated.

If price is not your friend, i suggest a cheaper, (yet slightly riskier) alternative which is to grab a supercard ( micro or regular ) + superkey for about 40$ (realhotstuff) and 60$ (online from top searches) depending on place and system (finding lite version varies, i use a regular old DS silver. Original)

Anyways, you set it up and flash it, takes your slot 2 and leaves your slot 1 early. Info is in the NDS section by Mooney. Its a good option,. but also a bit risky, but you get your slot 1 and a not so great as those R4 and etc.

However i think its perfectly fine, you can use plenty of Homebrew software out there to help you watch videos and movies as usual. since its cheaper and you afford a better SD Card (like 2-4 GB) and get better space/speed for ROMS, software etc.

dealextreme is good for g6 real (really cheap and authentic) and r4 and ez 3-in1. i have all of those and if you can live with like 3 weeks max to ship, for free, then its a really nice site...
