Should work just fine. Probably a bit slow (which shouldn't affect more than 1 or 2 games) and a bit small (1gb models are muuch better).

I wouldn't suggest paying that much for such a small card.

If you're interested in the DS Linker, you must realize that you will never be able to change its capacity. That's why I would suggest getting an R4 DS/M3 Simply and at least a 1GB microSD card, maybe 2GB. Then, if you ever need more space, just get another/bigger microSD card. They go for pretty cheap these days, I think you can get 1 GB for under $10 at some places...
