I thought why don't we make a list of perfectly emulated games?
The game doesn't have to be perfectly emulated in sound.
So only speed and graphics because without those you are unable to play a game.

Big Brain Academy (U) - Fully Playable 100%
Cooking Mama (U) - Fully Playable 100%

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Blue Rescue Team (U) - Fully Playable 100%
Full Metal Alchemist - Dual Sympathy (U) Fully Playable 100%

Lunar Knights (U) - Fully Playable with sound errors
Pokemon Trozei (U) - Fully Playable 100%
Bomberman (U) - Fully Playable 100%
Whac-A-Mole (U) - Fully Playable 100%

Phoenix Wright Games - Works, no sound and slowdowns in court
Super Robot Taisen - Works, no sound and slowdowns in combat

Custom Robo Arena - Works perfectly, speed, sound and graphics all work 100%.
Puzzle Quest - Challenge of the warlords works perfectly
Scooby Doo: Who is Watching you? - Fully Playable (Sound is fine, the game is a bit slow)
Electroplankton - Fully playable (Sound is good enough)
Sonic Rush - Fully Playable (a few glitches that do not disturb gameplay, and almost runs full speed)
Tamagotchi - Corner Shop Fully Playable (Everything is as it should be)

These roms were tested with latest version of No$GBA.

Version: 2.4B

Settings - 64KB EEPROM with GBA SP Backlight

New Super Mario Bros. - Works fine without graphical errors, slow speed
DBZ - Super Sonic Warriors 2 - Works fine with graphic errors, and slow speed
Digimon World - Works perfectly
Sonic Rush - Works without graphic or sound errors, slow speed
Bleach (J) - Has graphical errors, and sound errors, slow speed
Mario Bros - Partners In Time - works perfectly, in the battle sequence, the characters are transparent.
DBZ Densetsu - Works perfectly

As long as your using iDeaS, perhaps you could contribute a bit to the Unofficial iDeaS Compatibility List? huh.gif

Good job taking initiative and making a compatibility list for No$GBA! thumbsup.gif I'm sure it'll be very useful to lots of people.

BTW, do the 3D battles in Custom Robo Arena really work at full speed? huh.gif

I haven't tried, the list are results that I got from other websites.

This is with the latest version

64KB EEPROM

The roms that I actually own are:

New Super Mario Bros. - Works fine without graphical errors, slow speed
DBZ - Super Sonic Warriors 2 - Works fine with graphic errors, and slow speed
Digimon World - Works perfectly
Sonic Rush - Works without graphic or sound errors, slow speed
Bleach (J) - Has graphical errors, and sound errors, slow speed
Mario Bros - Partners In Time - works perfectly, in the battle sequence, the characters are transparent.
DBZ Densetsu - Works perfectly

You should add your results to the list in the first post. I'll test some of my ROMs, too. smile.gif

You need to save it like how you save the game in a real DS. Don't use the save and load snapshot since it's not working yet.

If for example i did save using a snapshot will it still work when the ds emu supports it. That is, is the snapshot messed up or the emulator itself.
Devia Eleven
It is possible to save.

Use 64KB EEPROM, like I said before.

Snapshot save doesn't for DS roms now, only normal saves. Is that what you asked?

No$GBA v2.4b is supposed to have basic Wifi emulation, but I don't think it works very well atm.
colloner

No, but there a third party utility that's supposed to enlarge the screen at least double the original. EmuTalk had a thread about it and I don't remember the name of the program.

LEGEND OF ZELDA PHANTOM HOURGLASS (Mugen no Sunadokei) (J) Flash 256 -Slow intro-no noticable glitches
However i couldnt go far b/c i cant understand Japanesse-Cant wait to get it for the ds in english

ok i have started on pokemon diamond. i have some doubts though. what is the purpose of setting the emulation to run at a higher speed? like real time, or double speed, or mhz diaster 10%. what do the different speeds do. i dont really see much of a difference.

is there anyway to speed up the ingame time? would the emulation speed do the trick? like speed up the time needed for the ingame day to pass faster?

thanks.

quick question, can i load up another gba game on the emulator at the same time i load a nds game?

No, you can't. At least not yet.

Yes, there is only preliminary Wi-Fi work, so whatever linking you had in mind, don't bother. Again, at least not yet.

Well, EUR games' language depends on what language the DS is set to use in its Language Settings. Usually anyway.
Gatts4403
ahhhh that may be why how do i change it on my no$GBA? and just found and downloaded an English just trying to get to a save point now for us all happy.gif

EDIT:
OK guys this rom works with the following settings

http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q24/ada...nd/untitled.jpg

and here is the quick sum up

GFX: still a bit gliched but not bad at all dont really detract from game play
sound: meh acceptable
saves: both quick save and full save work
game play form what I've seen (about all 20 mins) its as good as hell good old retro game play made modern yet not just a simple copy for FF3 xD

any other questions?
colloner
anyone knows if i can use pokesav (hack prog) on pokemon diamond ? thanks

How does one enter actionreplay cheats in no$gba?

I tried, but when I press "okay" I get the windows error sound and nothing happens or is added.
Apster
Well im not exactlly sure but I think its because you are either entering a messed up code.Or you are enteing into another type of codes.(gameshark,codebreaker,ect.)Hope i helped
Stax
New here but that's not the point.

1240 - It's a wonderful world or, Subarashiki Kono Sekai which is a relativly new game for the DS also has a rom that's not that hard to find but it's 100mb.

But apart from that, No$gba doesn't run it very well:
Images are blacked out, including the menu, Neku [main hero] and everybody in Shibuya [where the game begins, dunno about the rest of it]
Also there are the usual sound weirdies, the constant lag with them and stuff.
But for one thing you can at least hear Neku's voice acting and some of the music that's good.
Not playable through.
Hovercraft
Been doing some testing myself heres what ive come up with:

Note 1: I had the sound turned off, makes some games run faster.
Note 2: I didnt go far enough to save in every game but i did in a lot of them ask for specifics if you need them

http://www.advanscene.com/ this site has most of the save types if you search them.

Some of these are the E versions not sure which ones ATM

Super Princess Peach 64kbit Eeprom few gfx errors
Puzzle Quest 0.5 kbit eeprom
Advanced wars- Flash 512 runs slow. with sound off runs fast!
Yoshis island DS- says i need GBA bios and crashes
Zelda Jap- 512 Flash. seems slow
Wario Master of disguise- 64kbit eeprom. slow to load froze at file select
Star Trek tactical assault-64kbi eeprom. seems fully playable
phoenix wright 2 64kbit eeprom
phoenix wright 64kbit eeprom
Pac Pix 64kbit eeprom. a few gfx errors.
LUnar Knights. eeprom Seems to run fine. maybe a lil slow
Lost in Blue eeprom 64kbit seems fine. havent gone much into it
Lost in blue 2 same as above
Labyrinth 64kbit eeprom fully playable
Hoshigami Eeprom got a fatal error after difficulty select.
FF:chocobo tales eeprom 64kbit. plays great. a little slow maybe.
Etrian Odyssy Eeprom. seems to work fine.
Contact Flash 512 save. a few GFX errors
Children of Mana-eeprom 64kbit. kind of slow.
FF3 (E) eeprom Some GFX errors
Hotel Dusk. Flash 512. Screen is side ways though.
Megaman dragon Flash 512 seems playable
kirby canvas curse eeprom 64kbit playable
kirby squeak squad eeprom 64kbit choppy but playable
sonic rush eeprom 64kbit slow but playable
Deep labyrinth eeprom 64kbit slow but seems playable

it could be a couple of things. 1, you don't have a powerful enough PC and 2, there's an incompatibility issue with the emulator.

for 1, we need to see some PC specs, for 2... be patient and hopefully it'll be fixed in a future release
