Turok Dinosaur Hunter was great on N64.

Anyone ever play it?

My favorite N64 game is Mystical Ninja. One of those laid back games you can play anytime and have fun and a good laugh with.

That was a pretty good game.

Though, Diddy Kong Racing blew a lot of games out of the water.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

I still haven't finished it, but that game is beyond awesome. It was one of those games that kept the N64 afloat after the PlayStation was launched.

Also, Majora's Mask.

Super Smash Bros was amazing. I also spent some quality time with my sister playing Pokemon Stadium. And Pokemon Snap. That game rocked, too.

Has to be Turok, though I love Bomberman 64. imo, Bomberman 64 is the best Bomberman ever. All the multiplayer costumes you can collect parts for in the single player game, and making wierd custimizations with em.

You mean Custom Robo for GCN? I didn't know/don't think there was one for N64...

Japan only. Gamecube title is actually a sequel.

It was a japan only released game then.

If you checked out the Smash Brothers Melee in game database, you would see a description of Custom Robo on the N64

Couldn't beat this one due to the fact I lacked a memory card and the levels were so damn big.

Turok was an excellent game.

I always was stuck on Fire Temple. As much I loved playing the game, it made me hate RPG's forever!

Anyways, my favorite game is: Goldeneye 007 ... multiplayer + facility level + proximity mines = ultimate fun.

I remember a LOT of people were into it.

I liked Star Fox 64 on it.

That game was legendary

Indeed, was the first fps that I played on N64. It's too bad the sequels didn't live up to the original.

My friends and I had so much fun with the multiplayer of this game. Probably the most fun I've ever had in any multiplayer game.

Mario Party had to be the best Multiplayer game ever.

I'd say Super Smash Bros since it was one of the only games I played on n64. Perfect dark and Goldeneye were Good too (I never understood that shield system on Goldeneye). I played mario party too, but usually people got bored after like 10 rounds or something and we usually stopped.

Cruisin' World was mass fun.

I had just 3 games
Turok, Goldeneye and Star Wars rogue squadron.
I selled the console after 4-5 weeks ...

Shadows Of The Empire was the hardest game on the N64

Never played the first Turok but did play Turok 2: Seeds of Evil and I think that was one of the good games I played and beaten (YOU CAN RIDE DYNOSOARS!).

There is one game that in my mind has always stood out as the greatest, no it doesn't have mega poly counts, its not even 3D, no voice acting, but theres no game more perfect if you Adventure gamer in the 90's you know you love this classic The Secret Of Monkey Island. Its utter perfection to me then and still is one of the greatest games I have ever played, and still play on a bi-yearly basis.

A closed second is Final Fantasy VIII, being the only real rpg that has 'pulled me into its world', I enjoy many RPG's none have ever managed to do this to the effect that FF8 did.

My fav N64 title would have to be Mario Kart 64, the amount of hours me and my friends put into that in 4 way multilayer is huge. Classic Title.

Mario 64 is the best one

It was a good game, I was very impressed the first time I saw it. I mentioned Banjo Kazooie because everyone had mentioned all the good ones. But like many said Zelda was the best one. When I saw Ocarina of Time for the first time I never saw games the same way. We should make a moments thread, things you remember about gaming and how you felt at that time.

Probably either Goldeneye or Silicon Valley. Although there really are a TON of great games on the N64, especially for multiplayer. (PSX wasn't crap in my opinion)
