I read on the official site that no$gba is suppose to have full sound support but for some reason all I get is nothing more then a buch of noise with...some sound at times. If you want to hear what I'm talking about you can check out the videos I posted on YouTube of a couple of games that I was testing. The only time I get good sound with any game is on the opening FMV of Final Fantasy III (of course that's about all any NDS emulator will play of that game).

That's how it is. He'll focus on the sound later. Are you sure that the author wasn't talking about full sound support for GBA? Because the sound support for DS games is far from perfect.

I did read somewhere on the site that it does have support for all audio formats for NDS but I can't seem to find out where I saw it but if I'm not the only one with problems then I guess I can safely say that it's not because of my sound card.
