I do believe what we have here is a prime candidate for banning. His first and only post here was an advertisement with a link to ROMs. I'll leave the rest to the admins.

I don't expect him to return, so it is unlikely to have any effect. Also noticed
that he posted the same thing on several other forums. However, if someone
else wants to administer punishment, go right ahead.
