Anyone seen or played this? is it a hack or just a different version of Darkstalkers? i saw a mention of this on this site

Phoenix editions are basically the normal edition with the suicide battery protection removed. I seem to recall that there might be some extra test menus and stuff. You would have to play it and see what happens.
