I have it the game and everytime i start the game when the fighters speak to eachother the game freezes up. Can someone please help thanks

This happens if you are using the original NeoRAGEx. You need to use the EGCG version of NeoRAGEx for the game to work properly.

You can grab EGCG NeoRAGEx from my site.

Or you could just use MAME or Kawaks and not bother with the SvC PLUS romset and use the proper SvC romset. That won't work in NRX though. Anyway, that's up to you.
