can someone walk me through step by step in how to set this up with details and links too please if its not too much

what programs and junk like tht do you need to run this thing ...for ds and the pc ....please tell me everything ...and links would be nice
and if you could explain as dumb as possible would be nice ...if not i can adapt

First you need a method to run homebrew on your ds.

what exactly do you mean by method

Well a supercard or a microninja, etc. Cards where you can storage files from your computer, then put the cards on the DS, and then run the files in your DS.
