While i know this isnt a new concept at all, theres a website with 395 NES games, all playable in your browser

Horribly, Horribly illegal. Copyright violations left and right, and I doubt the guy running the page actually wrote the emulator.

last time i saw an in browser emulator though it was written in flash, this one is in Java

and i think the other one i saw you had to supply your own romfiles, unlike this site

i guess enjoy it while it lasts lol

The fact that you can view the source and download the nes rom is certainly enough for me to say it's against the rules ^^
