how can you get epsxe to work? and do you run it off cd?

Yo I had that same problem but i didnt kno wat to do, so i went on limewire and got it from there.

If u not tryin to do that, you have to download the PSX Bios and i think u have to get the plugins for it too

Yes, you can use it to run PSX cd's with a plugin for the emulator, or run cd images. BIOS files are needed, but don't request/link to them here.

Most (if not all) console emulators that emulate systems that use CDs or DVDs as a medium need BIOS file(s) to work.
