I heard that DualiS was able to play commercial games, but in another Release not! Has the developer included some Protection against Commercial Games or is this a bug?

Dualis is not able to run dumps of NDS cartridges. Do not ask me if/when it will be able to run said dumps.
It's not a deliberate limitation, it simply doesn't run any commercial titles yet. And even when/if it would, its focus still will be on developer features.

I don't care if he does or doesn't support the commerical boot coding. It doesn't really matter yet. The fact he is able to support sound is a lot more interesting than anything else I've seen so far. (besides iDeas (limited) 3d support and DesmuMe's (fairly decent) 2d support)
Seems everybody has something a lil bit different than the other one.
I'm impressed either way.

Well, i think he's just trying to get it all to work just now, the E3 demos would be a great goal, if he can do these... then maybe we can start talking about commercial games. It's fun to see a emulator grow up i think
