Nice to see the great progress on your emulator.
I have saw a little bug when we use the 16 color mode for our different background in mode 0, only the first palette works great, no others are ok...
Hope it will help you to improve your emulator

If you have a test rom that shows this error I can take a look at it.
Oh my fuc*** god, I have found my problem, I use blending on background (which works very well on your emu (the only one who manage it), you're great man 
) and I forgot to remove it on one background before displaying it again, so it was only white....
