Why Don`t they release SRW game on ENG....I like the game but I can`t understand the full story there.......

Because it's not considered to reach a wide enough audience, namely people outside of Japan... and developers rarely listen to that little niché group of people that do enjoy these games. Besides, localization takes a whole lot of work, and often times the payoff for making a localization isn't nearly as much as the efforts put into the localization.

Some SRW games have been fan-translated, though.

That one you talk about is very very old and I finsh it....... am asking here about GBA translation

Ah, right. Well, the only one for GBA is for Super Robot Taisen R, and the patch translates most of the menus. The Whirlpool is the only data basre for translations, and if something is not listed there, it does not exist.
