Is there any initial d arcade game out there on Internet? I searched for a long time, and still seems cannot be found.
No, if you mean emulated. There is Initial D: The Arcade Stage by Sega (2001).

Please read my post again. No emulator supports it. It uses NAOMI 2 hardware with GD-ROMs.
