Can someone tell me what files I need to make this game run smoothly in either MAME32 or Zinc?

There are no special files to make it runs smoothly. You need raw computing power. ZiNc is faster than MAME, though. If you are using ZiNc, use the OpenGL plugin, if your card can handle OGL.

Totally unnecessary bump, and the games don't even work on Impact "as is" anymore.
