Is this game emulated and if so then what emulator is it playable on? If someone could PM me some links then that would be excellent.

Is it possible to find the ISO on the net or is it uber rare (I heard its like 500 mb or something)?

You can find anything from the net, if you just look hard enough. Don't count on HTTP sites though; P2P, Direct Connect Hubs and BitTorrent are your best bets

i actually found my copy of the game through google but its a plain ISO/MP3 rip and yes, it was a plain simple search that still applies up to now (i just tested the site where i got it from and the files are still there).

however, the most accurate PCE CD Image (or the Saturn version) will be hard to find, thats where P2P, DC Hubs and Torrents will come in play.

Nice to hear that there are still some HTTP sites willing to distribute those. I know a few too, but they are far and inbetween.

There are torrents for it everywhere. Just use one of those. Excellent game btw.
