Project64 or 1964. Take your pick. But I'd suggest tht you don't stick to just one emulator, since some emulators run games that others don't.

QUOTE (pestilence @ May 10 2004, 09:49 PM) Ok, but wheres a good place to start looking for ROMs? The legality of N64 roms especially is flaky at best, that's why most "known" romsites do not carry N64 roms. I've gotten all my roms from P2P (mainly Kazaa Lite or Shareaza). DC++ is a good option too. |

DC++ is a good option too. Yeah, I remember reading about how Nintendo went on a huge rampage once the first 64 emu got released, trying to shut down every site that hosted the emu or any 64 roms. I can't say I've had any trouble finding them on the 'net though (but I haven't looked much because I prefer playstation!) |

Try Overnet. Theres a lot there. For a direct link, i dunno if emurussia is still working, havent been there for a while.
You may wanna try this site as well -Link removed. Read board rules.- Havent actually tried getting anything but i think i saw sopme n64 roms there. Emulator wise, as Agozer said, use two, as some emulators run different games better. |

Um, unless the roms are Public Domain, they're all illegal. Nintendo went on a rampage on any site with Nintendo roms period. Well, not every site, but quite a few. IIRC, even RomShare had a run in with the big N.
