I have a DVD movie I like to re-author and crop the top and bottom of the video.
So does anyone know of software that could do this for me?

I think Windows Movie maker can do that. Not too sure.

Use DVD Decrypter to extract all the .vob files to your hard drive. Then you can use any number of softwares to crop/edit the movie. Personally I use (and have always used ) TMPGEnc. TMPGEnc 4 Xpress would probably be the best bet, using the in-built 'Crop' filter to edit your vobs. Then re-author the DVD with TMPGEnc DVD Author, or you could maybe get away with just rebuilding the vobs adding bup/ts/ifo files with IFOEdit (freeware). Easy peasy! biggrin.gif
