n64 netplay?

is there any emulator with netplay? i know project64 doesn't but is there any other one that does?

There is an unofficial Project64 that goes by the name Project64K and uses Kaillera. It's based on PJ64 1.4 though, so it's outdated. IIRC, 1964 has netplay too.

Mupen64K recommended over Project64K though.
