There aren't that many differences between the different versions, but I'd go with the PSX version, since the emulation is much better than Saturn or the N64. Granted, the PC version doesn't involve emulation, so it might be your best choice after all.

I'd also go with the PSX version. The differences between all of them is Chameleon and Khameleon and MK2 Characters and cheat codes.

If i where to play it on the consoles though i would have to go with the Saturn because of its kickass controller for fighting games
 Plus ill use any excuse possible to play my Saturn |
